Our Casino has the right to disqualify winnings, in the event that the following incidents occur:
- One or more active accounts at the Casino (except for permission awarded prior by management);
- If the Player's casino account does not match the name appearing on the credit card(s) provided by the player to make deposits on the account;
- If different players share the same payment solution (i.e. more than one player have the same Neteller account).
- Registration information that is untrue or incorrect;
- If, intentionally or unintentionally, the Player has permitted another player to use or play through their personal Casino account;
- If, whilst using the casino promotional offers, a player enables the use a professional gambling and betting pattern (e.g. using an even bet pattern while placing bets on Roulette games)
- If a Player has distributed charges for (“charged back”) any of the deposits made into their Casino account or any of our partner casinos;
- If the casino reveals that a Player has been playing dishonestly or that s/he has enabled a system (i.e. machines, computers, software or any other form of automation) - Players will be reimbursed for all their deposits and accounts will be permanently closed.
