WITHDRAWALS

Withdraw money from your casino account by logging into your casino account and clicking on the cashier. Then click on WITHDRAW MONEY.

Select the method of withdrawal in the Bank Menu: Neteller, Cash Deposit, Click2Pay, Overnight Express (Federal Express Cashier's Check) or Wire Transfer.

For a large majority of these methods there are fees involved. Please contact our customer support staff to find out what fees are associated with the withdrawal method that you choose.

Please keep in mind that we require documentation from all players before a withdrawal will be processed. If you have ever made a deposit in the past by credit card, you must fill out a Credit Card Agreement Form to process your payout. Please contact us to find out what documents may be required for your withdrawal.

Unless otherwise stated, there is a max cash-out of $2,000.00 per week. Weekly payments will be higher if you are a VIP player.

The system is programmed to accept any payout request. However, this does not mean that the payout is being approved. Cash-Out requests may take up to 7-10 business days to be approved due to recent banking delays and limits that have affected this industry. For Players who play with no bonuses and/or redeem coupons below 30%, withdrawal requests take 5 business days to be approved, during our regular scheduled accounting hours.

For your convenience we offer a variety of Cash out methods and recommend customers, in order to expedite the process, supply us with alternate cash-out methods as well. Please find below the time frames for your cash out to be credited or sent to you. Please note that all time frames are calculated in Business Days (Monday through Friday. Holidays are not considered business days).

Withdrawals take approximately 7 to 15 business days to be processed by our accounting department and actually sent to the player. There may be slight delays due to payment limits, and processing limits, depending on the level of traffic and the method of payment.

REVERSING WIHDRAWALS

Once you have completed the requirements associated with the bonus that you redeemed with your deposit, you do have the option of performing a real cash reversal. You cannot perform these reversals on your own. You must contact us to approve and help you with these reversals.

Neteller
You may request a withdrawal of your funds via Neteller. There is no fee associated with a Neteller withdrawal. Please make sure we have your correct Neteller email address or account number. Will appear in your NETELLER Account one to two (1-2) Business Days after your cash-out is approved.

Click2Pay
You may request a withdrawal of your funds via Click2Pay if you have made a previous deposit via Click2Pay. There is no fee associated with a Click2Pay withdrawal. Please make sure we have your correct Click2Pay account info. Will appear in your Click2Pay Account one to two (1-2) Business Days after your cash-out is approved.

Wire Transfer
Will appear in your Bank Account four to seven (4-7) Business Days after your cash out is approved. The minimum withdrawal via Wire Transfer is $500. It takes approximately four to ten days to complete a Wire Transfer. There is no charge for the first transfer of the month. Successive transfers are billed at $50 per transfer plus any applicable fees. Transfers will only be sent to the identity on file. Any fees will be deducted from the withdrawn winnings.

Bank Checks
Due to the expense of bank processing and overnight fees, the minimum amount is for $100. Overnight Express checks are sent securely via Federal Express or DHL, and please note that Federal Express and DHL will not deliver to PO boxes. After requesting withdrawal it will take from four to ten days to receive your check. Checks will only be sent to the address on file. Any fees will be deducted from the withdrawn winnings. These will take from 5 to 7 Business Days to be delivered once your cash out is approved.

Quicktender
Will appear in your Quicktender Account one to two (1-2) Business Days after your cash out is approved. No fees deducted.
